Orders over $250 qualify for free shipping.
The shipping window for U.S. Orders stands at 4–6 business days starting from processing duration of 1–2 business days followed by 3–4 business days of shipping time. Destruction of your shipment typically requires 11–22 business days from the initial processing period and shipping time of 1–2 business days and 10–20 business days.
Yes. Contact us through email at the earliest opportunity during the first 12 hours after order placement if you require an address update. Customers wishing to modify their shipping addresses must consider that the change could result in additional 1–2 business days needed for processing.
Clients can send their products back to us during a 30-day period starting from delivery of their order. The return policy accepts merchandise that remains unused and unopened while still being in its initial packaging. You must get in touch with us through email before sending your return items.

Use the Order ID along with the reason for return while submitting your request, also mention item defects that need to be documented through attached photos and videos. The label and shipping guidelines will arrive at your location for returning merchandise to our U.S. warehouse.
Our company does not impose charges for return shipping or restocking fees regardless of defective products or customer change of mind decisions.
The time required to obtain your refund follows a process between three.business days and ten business days. Through our process we send authorized refunds to your initial payment source throughout 3–10 normal business days.
